All IronRAID systems are assembled using enterprise-grade components and undergo full hardware diagnostics prior to shipping. We support our products with clear terms, responsive service, and optional extended coverage for mission-critical applications.

Standard Warranty Includes:

  • 3-Year limited hardware warranty (parts replacement only)
  • Advance replacement on approved components
  • Lifetime diagnostic support for original purchaser
  • Phone and email support during business hours
  • Optional 5-Year extended coverage available at time of purchase

Terms and Conditions:

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or power-related failures
  • RAID rebuild or data recovery not included under warranty
  • Shipping costs not covered for non-defective systems
  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished equivalents
  • Support available to original buyer or registered reseller partner
